Join us for Barre at the Barn, beginning Monday, April 13, inside the historic Wilde Lake Barn. With natural light, open space, and a peaceful setting, this class blends controlled strength, balance, and mobility in a way that feels both challenging and restorative.
Rooted in elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, each session focuses on small, intentional movements that build strength, improve stability, and leave you feeling centered-not depleted. Whether you're new to barre or a regular, this is a space to move with purpose and reset for the week ahead.
This program is free and open to all. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need to be comfortable.
