Join us for Homeschool Days on the Farm, a hands-on learning experience designed for homeschool families. Students will explore agriculture, nature, and nutrition through interactive activities that bring farm education to life. This program is best suited for elementary to middle school students, but older and younger siblings are welcome too.
🌱 Hands-On Farm Learning Students will rotate through engaging stations across the farm and learn about agriculture, animal care, and food systems in a fun, approachable way. They’ll meet farm animals like sheep and chickens while discovering their diets, behaviors, and daily care.
🌿 Explore the Greenhouse Inside the greenhouse, students will learn how hydroponic growing works. They’ll also harvest fresh herbs and create a hydroponic jar to take home.
🥚 Farm Food & Nutrition With guidance from the farm’s on-site nutritionist, students will explore how farm-fresh foods support healthy living. Activities may include tasting pasture-raised eggs, making fresh butter or salad dressing, and learning where food comes from.
