This closed, 4-week hiking group offers a supportive space to reflect on and integrate insights from a past psychedelic experience. Through gentle hikes, guided prompts, and group discussion, participants explore meaning-making, emotional regulation, and embodied awareness in nature. Integration-focused only — no substances used. This is a closed group and participants commit to all six sessions. Sessions are on Tuesdays, 5:30-7pm starting March 24th to April 14th.
