Unwind and recharge your energy with a unique sound bath experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and centered. Every second Sunday, please join us for a reiki infused sound bath lovingly created by Kim, hosted at Nourishing Journey, LLC in Columbia, MD. Take this opportunity to meditate and explore the inner workings of your mind, release emotional blockages and enjoy the rejuvenating vibrations that reverberate from the bowls. Bring your yoga mat, water and journal if desired. Eye masks and several blankets will be available to cover your eyes or bring them from home if you prefer. Chair seating is available with prior notice. ~ ~ ~ Every Second Sunday Sound Bath has a “Take what you need, leave what you can” food drive and is offered at a sliding scale rate.
